Grow the value of your recruitment business in four phases
Your Complete, Personal Guide
Starting or growing a recruitment business is NOT easy.
People talk about “low barriers to entry”, but don’t be fooled.
There is a world of difference between being a great recruiter, and building a great recruitment business.
In fact, many of the qualities that may have made you successful previously may be counterproductive now.
There are lots of sources of generic advice about growing your business.
But Recruitment Leadership provides the ONLY service –
That will be delivered by someone with 40 years’ experience in recruitment, across all sectors, who has repeatedly grown successful businesses – all the way to business sale and exit in the mid-£20 millions
That gets into the detail of implementation, not just the “big ideas”
With an up-to-date understanding of what it’s like to recruit in the digital age – unlike many recruitment “gurus”
With a holistic skill set – including employment law, compliance, L&D, financial infrastructure. So there’s no need to bring in a host of other advisors – just do-ers.
We only work with a maximum of 12 clients at once – to allow us to be responsive and offer support for all the unforeseen things.
Within six months, you could see…
%
Savings of up to 20% of your overheads
%
Improved sales by 200%
Protected yourself from some dangerous risks up to the value of £100,000
Based on real client results. Subject to completion and implementation of discover and transform phases.

Real Results from Real Clients
At Select Offshore, we have worked with Alison consistently since 2020. During that time we have grown from a 8-person business to 35 staff and increased our revenues by 225%.
Alison learned our market, which is international and involves unique levels of regulation, and has advised us on growth, hiring, organisational
structure, business support roles, HR matters and compliance.
We now have an international office and Alison has given very useful input, interviewing some of our key hires, introducing suppliers, and building on our Queens Award for export sales to win the Recruiter Award for best international agency and be recognised in the Recruiter Hot 100 list.
I’d definitely recommend her to ambitious business owners.
At Menlo Park Recruitment, my business partner and I have been working with Alison as our NED/advisor since 2020. Originally we engaged with her becasue we wanted to diversify our portfolio, and secure a market leading position.
Although not all our new desks have been succesful, Alison’s support and advice has been invaluable in terms of her sector knowledge, challenge and broadening our horizons. She has advised us on areas including financial reporting and analysis, sales strategy and tactics, HR and staff planning, marketing and infrastructure as well as compliance. She remains up to date with suppliers and market opportunities, and makes sure that actions are followed through.
I’ve been working with Alison for just over a year as an advisor and coach. I interviewed about 10 potential NED/advisors and Alison was by far the best fit for me and Ingenio given what we want to do around growth & valuation, operational structure and coaching for my leadership team. She is particularly strong in holding me to account on actions, deliverables and outcomes. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help getting clear on priorities and then actioning them.
I started working with Alison in 2023 and have been very impressed so far!
Alison brings a range of different perspectives to our decision making, and while her advice can be strategic, she supports in detail with effective implementation. She has already impacted our sales processes, hiring plan, financial reporting and compliance. Alison’s engagement with the team has been fantastic so the company are fully on board with all new processes and focus.
If you’re a director of a small to medium enterprise, don’t think that you don’t need a non-exec. After running a business nearly 15 years, Alison has given lots of input due to her extensive knowledge within the sector.
I feel confident about the changes we are making and our positive future growth. Alison always has an eye on profitability rather than vanity metrics, and is engaging to work with.
