This launch is Alison’s second stray into the world of publishing after her hugely successful 2020 e-book, Revolutionary Recruitment, and focuses on equipping recruitment leaders with the tools needed to transform their leadership.
Inspired by Steven Covey’s international best-seller, the book groups key leadership behaviours into seven simple habits which can easily be assimilated and adopted into everyday behaviour. Utilising anecdotes, case studies and actionable advice from Alison’s lived experience, the book tailors recommendations to the unique challenges recruitment business leaders often have to face.
