As an NED and mentor, Alison Humphries has been advising recruitment businesses of all sizes for 20 years.
A recruitment "lifer", Alison has been the director of Hays Plc, Robert Half International, Barkers Norman Broadbent Plc and Penna Plc. She also has recent, primary experience as the MD of various significantly growing businesses, steering them to successful sale/investment.
Alison is known for her "hands-on" approach with clients in the recruitment sector, ensuring successful upskilling and implementation of leading-edge ideas. Her expertise covers sales, HR, employment law, compliance, tech, marketing and finance in the industry.
Alison is a graduate of Oxford University, a fellow of the I.R.P. (REC), a member of the C.I.P.D. and holds a postgraduate diploma in Learning and Development.
She has been a top performer, and has personally negotiated some of the biggest contracts with clients including IBM, Boots, HP and Compass. As Chief Examiner for the REC she has a special expertise in law and regulation but is driven by great leadership, sales performance and building distinctive, premium recruitment businesses.
